We take the opposite approach: research the category, compare the meaningful differences, live with the product, surface the hidden compromises, and give a direct answer to one question — is this actually worth your money?
What the name means
This Karen is not cruel, entitled, or interested in humiliating anyone. Karen is the perceptive shopper who reads the fine print, notices misleading claims, keeps the receipt, checks the return policy, compares the real cost of ownership, spots bad design, refuses to pretend an average product is amazing, and wants to speak to the facts. We are reclaiming the name as a symbol of standards, scrutiny, confidence, and consumer self-respect. Our humor points upward at bad products and manipulative marketing — never downward at ordinary people.
