How we read owner feedback without being fooled by it
Sort the complaints by date and look for the same word twice. Ignore the enthusiasm; it tells you only that the box arrived.

Praise tells you a product arrived and the packaging was nice. Complaints tell you how it fails. Before we evaluate anything, we read the complaints sorted newest first and look for repetition: 'stopped charging', 'cracked', 'app'. Two mentions is a pattern; five is a finding to check.
We treat none of it as evidence on its own — feedback can be gamed, and a loud minority is still a minority. But it shapes what we look for, and it is often the reason a product page's silence on a feature becomes our headline.
