What We Loved
Reliability. They never fail to connect, never drop a call, never need a reset. Pop one out and the music pauses; put it back and it resumes. Transparency mode is natural enough to hold a conversation. On a plane, noise cancellation does the job.
What Annoyed Us
The app's EQ is a few presets and a couple of accessibility sliders. If you find the tuning slightly bass-forward, that is the tuning you have.
The Catch
The battery is sealed. Expect run time to fade over a couple of years, and expect Apple to offer a replacement pair rather than a repair.
