What We Loved
Speed. Our long-haired tester went from a rough-dry that took most of a podcast episode to one that took a few songs. The airflow on high is strong enough that the concentrator does real smoothing work, and the cool shot is cold, not slightly-less-hot, so it sets a blowout. Nine months of mornings and the motor sounds exactly the same. The four-year warranty from the manufacturer is longer than anything else in the drawer.
What Annoyed Us
It weighs enough that a full blowout on long hair leaves the arm tired, and the noise is the kind that means nobody sleeps through it. The concentrator has fallen off in the sink twice when we knocked it on the tap. The heat on the top setting is aggressive; we lived on medium.

Performance
It moves more air than anything else we own and drying time shows it. Heat is even across the nozzle and the medium setting is plenty. The diffuser is basic but works. The motor has not changed pitch or lost force.
