What We Loved
The material is the best thing about it. It has been frozen, microwaved, and run through the dishwasher dozens of times and looks and smells like new. For sous vide it is excellent: it stands up, seals under water, and does not leach anything. Snacks for a hike ride well in it and it does not crinkle in a bag.
What Annoyed Us
Closing the seal is a two-handed, full-length pinch, and with wet or oily fingers it slips open at one end. Turning it inside out to wash is easy; drying it is not, and a bag put away damp comes out smelling like a wet dog. Two of our three bags ended up permanently in the drawer.
The Catch
The problem is not defects, it is friction. A reusable bag only saves plastic if it gets used, and every use costs a wash and a slow dry. We were not disciplined enough, and we suspect most households are not.

Performance
Sealed properly it holds liquid without leaking and survives the freezer without cracking. Sealed in a hurry it opens at a corner. The usable capacity is a sandwich or a couple of handfuls of snacks; the top inch is seal. Odors from onions faded after a dishwasher run, which is better than plastic bags.

Filling is easy because it stands. Sealing is the chore: align the lips, pinch from one end to the other, check. Washing means turning it inside out; drying means propping it on something for hours.
