What We Loved
The nightlight, honestly. It comes on with a press, throws enough glow to find the diaper cream and not enough to wake anyone, and turns itself off. The wipes are warm when the box is freshly filled, and on a winter morning that is a small kindness the baby appeared to notice for about a week.
What Annoyed Us
By the second morning the top three wipes were stiff and the edges had gone tan. Munchkin's answer is the EverFresh pad, which you wet and replace, and which we forgot. Half the time the wipe we wanted was the dry one. Our baby, for the record, never objected to a cold wipe before or after.
The Catch
The whole premise depends on your baby minding cold wipes. Ours did not, and the box created a maintenance chore and a dry-wipe problem where there had been none. If your baby genuinely howls at cold wipes it may earn its place; we could not verify that in our house.
