What We Loved
A new walker falls toward the nearest edge, and ours is a hardwood coffee table with square corners. The first head bump after the foam went on produced a surprised look and no tears, which is the whole review. The tape held through a summer and a winter, the corners have stayed square, and a determined picking toddler has only managed to lift one corner slightly.
What Annoyed Us
It is not attractive. The table is a piece of furniture we liked, and for a year it has looked padded. When we removed one section to test, it took slow peeling and a hairdryer, and a small patch of lacquer came with it. The corner pieces are the toddler's favourite thing to pick at.
The Catch

Performance
It cushions a fall properly; thin clear corner protectors do not. Adhesion has been excellent on lacquered wood and on stone. The foam has not compressed permanently. Corners fit without gaps if you take a minute to align them.
