What We Loved
Packing two spare duvets, four pillows and a winter's worth of fleece into these and watching the vacuum flatten them was satisfying, and it turned a full closet shelf into a half one. The slider clip zips the top cleanly and the valve cap screws on with a reassuring twist. For a house move they made the bedding boxes lighter and smaller.
What Annoyed Us
By December two bags were visibly puffy; by January four were, and the shelf was full again. We re-vacuumed and the same bags leaked again within weeks, which points to the seams or the film rather than our sealing. One bag stored under another split along a fold. The hand pump is a toy that takes many minutes of effort to do what the vacuum does in seconds.
The Catch
The compression is real and the seal is not permanent, and the product is sold as if it is. If you will happily re-vacuum every couple of months, they work. If you seal the winter bedding in April and open the closet in October expecting flat bags, you will find pillows.

Performance
Day one: excellent. Month one: one bag slightly soft. Month three: four of six clearly reinflating. Month six: only one bag still flat, which happened to be the one we never moved. The bedding inside stayed clean and dust-free, and the fleece came out with sharp creases that took a wash to remove.
