What We Loved
The presets are the part that makes a standing desk get used. Two taps and it rises to standing while you refill your coffee; two more and it is back. The motor is quiet enough for a shared room and has never stalled with a monitor, laptop, lamp and the usual clutter on it. Assembly was forty minutes with the included tools and the frame has not loosened.
What Annoyed Us
At full standing height the top sways side to side if you lean on it or type aggressively. It settles fast but you notice. The white laminate picked up a scratch from a metal water bottle in month two. The control pad is a little light on feedback.
The Catch
The wobble is the compromise. A two-motor desk with a heavier frame moves less, and costs a lot more. For most people typing and reading, this level of movement is a non-issue; for people who lean, it is not.

Performance
Lifting speed is modest but even, with no jerk at start or stop. The anti-collision stop triggered once when a chair arm got underneath, which is reassuring. Load capacity has not been tested to its stated limit; our setup is well under it and nothing has strained.
