What We Loved
A puppy and an elderly dog gave us plenty of material. On carpet, we poured enough to reach the pad, left it to work overnight under a towel, and by morning the spot was gone to the nose and, more importantly, to the dog, who stopped returning to it. On a sofa cushion it lifted an old stain we had given up on. Twelve months later it is the only cleaner in the cupboard.
What Annoyed Us
The scent while wet is a lot; a whole room smells like a laundry aisle for a day. It does not work as a quick spray-and-wipe, and the label's instructions are easy to skim. On a dark rug it left a slightly lighter patch, which was our fault for overdoing it and not testing first.
The Catch
Enzymes need to reach the urine and need time. If the accident soaked a carpet pad, the top-layer treatment that most people do will not reach it, and the dog will still smell it.

Performance
On fresh accidents with a proper soak, it worked every time. On old spots it took two applications. The vinegar solution masked smell and did not stop the dog returning; the Rocco & Roxie was comparable in result with a milder scent.
