What We Loved
Eleven months of daily walks and several long hikes, and the harness looks and works as it did on day one. The padding sits flat, the buckles have not loosened, and the dog steps into it without complaint, which was not true of the previous strap harness. The front loop takes the drama out of a mild puller without any of the twisting that head halters cause. The little pocket for an ID tag under the handle is a thoughtful detail.
What Annoyed Us
The foam chest panel is a burr magnet in autumn and holds mud until you scrub it. Our dog sat between two sizes; we ordered the larger and had to take the straps in to their limit, and the smaller would have gapped at the belly. Under the straps, a long-haired dog's coat mats if you leave the harness on all day.
The Catch
Measure the chest twice and read the size chart rather than guessing from the dog's weight. Every complaint we have heard about this harness turned out to be a sizing complaint.

Performance
It holds the dog securely, the back ring takes a hard lunge without shifting, and the front loop gives enough leverage to redirect. The straps stayed put after adjustment. Washing did not shrink or stiffen it.
